I know it's  been forever since I've posted. I've been playing games on myspace and building on our home.. We have a roof now!! It's very exciting actually..

I'm exhausted though.. have been ever since the last surgery.. which was to fix the surgery that I had last year.. geesh even..

Sorry it's been so long since I've posted. I've had surgery again,.. stopped breathing on the table again.. have had to heal again.. which frankly is slower this time than it was the last time.. and well.. I'm just tired..

I have been doing some spinning. We were invited to a lovely heritage festival at Silver Dollar City in MO.. It's toward the end of this week. I wish we were more ready for such a show. We would have been better prepared if I hadn't had to go back into the hospital.. but there you have it..

We have added onto our house in a nice fashio. The roof is so nearly closed it. I'll leave some picture soon.

Nothing much new to add. I'll be putting my store back online as soon as this next festival is over and I relax from that for a while.

Hard to believe that today is the last day of July. It was only yesterday when my house burned down wastn't it?? Well, according to the calender anyway it wasn't.. But it sure seems like it was. I've spent the last several days here at my friend's house healing from my last attack of *it's to dam* hot out there*.. lol I hate the heat, almost nothing makes my fibro worse then a week of 90+ degrees.

But I'm going home today. I have so many things to do and I need to do them quickly since I'll be off to the garden show this weekend. I've not worked much on the business.. That's not exactly true though is it? I did make me several new pioneer dresses for the shows and I've been doing other tihngs as well to keep me busy.

I just wish my family was awake so I could go home already.. lol

Just stopping by to read my mail and take a look see around... Haven't been doing much lately.. Well.. can't say that now can I?? I broke down and decided that I needed to paint my wheel.. Now I'm not saying that I went to far.. but it certainly looks different!! lol And really it was what I needed to help bring me out of my dumps that I've had lately.. nothing like a nicely finished project to make me happy..

I had been working on a new pattern for my llama fiber hats.. but silly me left my book at my friend's house and I couldn't go pick it up until today.. and I'm one of those weird people who have a hard time starting a new project while there is one half finished still on the loom.. So to make me happy and to make good use of my time.. I painted my spinning wheel.. Have been wanting to do it for a while now.. I just never figured I would lose all sense of proportion or reality.. lol It was fun!!

I'm going to add the pictures to the gallery.. Take a look.. whatcha think?? Here's just one of the pictures.. My youngest tells me that I went overboard when I put a flower on the tensioning knob.. LOL
